TORRS to Headline Battle of the Bands!
We are thrilled to have local indie/rock band TORRS headlining our Battle of the Bands event on the 1st of April.

Beginning their music journey with an open mic night at CatStrand in 2017, TORRS are a four-piece indie rock band aged eighteen and nineteen years old. They have since played various gigs across Dumfries and Galloway, Carlisle, and Glasgow supporting other bands, such as The Lutras and Tomorrow is Lost, as well as headlining their own shows.
Amongst their most recent escapades, TORRS have played at Broadcast, Slouch and Stereo in Glasgow, entertaining the crowds with their abundant energy. In the summer they graced the stage at Eden and Wild on the Wall festival and were due to play at Youthbeatz which was sadly cancelled due to the weather.
Their music is varied in speed and style, and you can expect original music with one or two covers thrown into a set. You can check out their single Kaleidoscope Skies and their EP SCRABO on Spotify at Torrs_UK. The boys are currently busy recording new music, which will be released soon so keep an eye out for updates on their social media!
