What's on? - Creative Kids Summer Programme

We've got a lot of fun summer activities on at the CatStrand! Why not come along and spend a nice day in New Galloway and attend one of our many summer workshops.

ECO ART

28th July (10:00-14:00)

Step into a day of outdoor creativity! In this session, children will head outside to explore their surroundings, gather inspiration from nature, and create eco-themed artwork using natural and found materials.

DRAMA, PUPPETS, AND STORYTELLING

31st July (10:00-14:00)

Get ready for a fun-filled day of drama! Dive into playful drama games, create unique characters, invent imaginative stories, and bring them to life in short performances—perfect for building confidence and letting imaginations run wild.

CREATIVE QUILLING

10th August (13:00-15:00)

Creative quilling with Sue Lindsay. Come and learn a new artistic skill and explore the art of rolling, shaping, and gluing paper to make awesome and unique decorative designs.
